RETURNS

We hope you love your piece, just as much as we’ve loved making it. However, if for any reason you would like to return your piece then please email us at checkin@therollingandthestoned.co.uk within 28 days of receiving your order.

As all of our pieces are one of one, we cannot offer you an instant replacement. Replacements may take up to 4-6 weeks.

Refunds will be made back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

Customers are required to pay for return shipping and the order remains the customer's responsibility until we receive it back - we, therefore, suggest you use a tracked postage service with insurance. Delivery charges will not be refunded.

We won't refund commission or custom pieces unless it breaks within 28 days or arrives broken. 

All items purchased on the The Rolling and The Stoned Online Store can be returned within 28 days. Please contact us at: checkin@therollingandthestoned.co.uk so that we can provide a return address and instructions.  

IMPORTANT RETURN INFORMATION

All items are hand thrown and handmade from scratch, quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are packaged and sold. As all items are handmade, each piece may have little quirks, such as glaze pitting etc. This is all part of the firing process and shows that all pieces are handmade.

Should you receive an item that is not to your standards in anyway, please contact us immediately. Items must be returned new, unused, and with all packaging and extra's included. Returns must be sent back using the return address provided by ourselves, we will not take any responsibility for products sent back with alternative shipping methods, not approved by us. 

RETURN PROCESS

For a simple return, please get in contact at checkin@therollingandthestoned.co.uk to get a return address and instructions. Once your return has been received, it will be checked and processed and you will be notified by email. If your order is eligible for refund, the refund will be processed to the credit/debit card or account originally used for payment.
Please note that if you have received a gift and would like to return it for a refund, the person who originally purchased the gift will receive the refund.

For orders shipped outside the U.K. The Rolling and The Stoned cannot refund the original shipping costs, duties, taxes and fees. Please contact your local customs office for information. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. Please follow the above instructions to return your piece back to us.
