We ship from ENGLAND

We ship all our sexy packages tracked and signed in the U.K. & beyond. We will dispatch your order in 1-2 business days. Orders are handled by Royal Mail. Once dispatched, U.K. orders should arrive before 1PM next day Special Delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - EUROPE

We offer free shipping Royal Mail tracked and signed

Orders shipped outside of the UK are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

PROCESSING TIME


Orders are confirmed, packaged and dispatched within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates. Shipping, duties and taxes, when applicable, are non-refundable.

The Rolling and The Stoned will only deliver packages to the address that was requested when your order was placed. We do not re-route any packages and do not offer location pickup service.

 

PRE - ORDERS

At the moment we do not offer pre orders, take a look at our custom order option, if you're feeling fun.

 

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

For technical reasons, it is not possible to change your order once it has been shipped. We therefore ask you to please check your basket carefully before finalising your order. Unfortunately, after receipt of the Shipping Confirmation, you are not able to cancel your order. All items purchased at the The Rolling and The Stoned Online Store can be returned within 28 days, check our refund policy for more info.
